Next, we'll ask you to fill out some necessary personal information and add your credentials. Once you’ve completed this step, the system will send an activation link to the email address you provided. Your account will be created the moment you click on the activation link.
Don't worry, the system will remember your product selection and guide you through the payment process, ensuring that your first FairPlay product purchase happens immediately.

Can an eSIM help me avoid roaming fees?

What are the differences between FairPlay plans, passes and add-ons?
Great question! Our FairPlay Unlimited OneWorld plan offers the first global, unlimited and unthrottled mobile data plan and is therefore the perfect addition to your home country tariff plan. You can choose whether you want to have your contract renew automatically every month, every 3 months or every 6 months. Our FairPlay model guarantees that you only pay for the data you use, until you reach unlimited.
Our Travel passes are numerous data packages that you can purchase for global use, with data ranging from 1GB to Unlimited. Depending on which pass you choose it is valid 24 hours, 7 days, or 1 month. Other than our FairPlay Unlimited OneWorld plan, Travel Passes do not automatically renew after they expire.
FairPlay will not let you down, so our Add-ons can be purchased to increase your data on your travel passes should you need more.
How do I activate my eSIM data packages?
To use our FairPlay services, please ensure that your subscription is in an Active status.
To check this, follow these steps:
- Log into your SelfCare account at fairplay-mobile.com.
- Navigate to My FairPlay → Select your subscription → Check the status.
If the status is Pending, make sure that:
- There are no outstanding payments within this subscription.
- Your eSIM has been successfully installed.
- Your eSIM is connected to the network (you should see FairPlay networks and signal bars indicating signal strength).
Note: If you have just bought and installed an eSIM, it might take a few minutes for the system to activate it. Please be patient and check the status again in a few minutes.
Once activated, you will be able to use data services and purchase additional products.
