The product proposition FairPlay Unlimited Roaming Flat OneWorld is a mobile cellular tariff plan when you are travelling. It gives you access to various mobile phone services (telephony, Internet, text messages and other mobile phone services). Details of the product and bookable services can be found in the service description, the price list and the general T&C. The FairPlay eSIM needs to be installed and activated on your smartphone device for using a service. Today, mobile high-speed Data plans are offered, voice and text service might be introduced in the future.
FairPlay is the only tariff plan that covers all major user profiles as data usage is flexible. FairPlay offers the first global, unlimited, roaming flat high-speed mobile data tariff plan as a perfect complement to the existing tariff plan in your home country, especially made for leisure and business travellers. The FairPlay subscription works within the OneWorld coverage area. OneWorld covers the global countries and country destinations (travel hotspots) where the FairPlay eSIM can connect and provide high-speed internet access without roaming charges. Flat unlimited.
Beforehand, it is necessary to install the FairPlay eSIM via QR code to download the eSIM on your iOS or Android smartphone. The FairPlay Cockpit app shows mobile data consumption, purchases and payment history of your account.
Due to our unique “Fair Play” rule, FairPlay is not charging a fixed unlimited price month by month. Data packets are added incrementally until cost cap is reached, but Data usage continues. If using less than unlimited, you pay what you use during the month.
Hence, FairPlay tariff plans consist of an instalment debit at each beginning of the month and various debit increases (next layers) during the month considering the data usage incurred. FairPlay is the first global roaming flat and fair unlimited tariff plans where you only pay for what you use. But, if you need unlimited, a cost stop applies. Next months, the plan starts at ground level again. All payments are displayed in the payment history.
FairPlay offers three subscription tariff plans with different contract terms, FairPlay Unlimited OneWorld Flex, FairPlay Unlimited OneWorld Smart and FairPlay Unlimited OneWorld Pro. The FairPlay eSIM for the Unlimited OneWorld tariff plan supports global mobile data and over the top telecom services which need a high-speed Internet connection.
FairPlay offers the tariff plan FairPlay Unlimited OneWorld Smart with global and unlimited mobile (cellular) Data. Stay connected with premium wireless 5G and fallback 4G LTE. The Product is designed for frequent sporty travelers to stay worry-free connected at high-speed.

For up to 80 GB of data. Bandwidth is non-discriminatory but depends on the host mobile operator and may vary.

For additional 20 GB of data exceeding 80 GB. With blocking after use until the end of billing period.
FairPlay is a unique tariff plan that combines the best of both worlds: Data packages at the beginning of each month with an unlimited tariff plan when more data is needed. This combination is united in FairPlay Unlimited.
FairPlay is the first truly Unlimited tariff plan that adapts to the customer's data requirements month by month. If you use less than “unlimited” data, the user pays less that month. If you use “more” data during the month, the tariff plan automatically adjusts and becomes an "unlimited" tariff plan with a cost cap but no usage limit for the rest of the month. In the following month, the tariff plan starts again with the lowest entry level.

The entry level L0 is a down payment on the service fee due per month. If you use less than "unlimited" during the month, the user only pays the respective increase levels (L1, L2 and L3) that user reaches by the end of the billing period. All instalment and increase amounts are charged against the credit card and will be billed at the end of the month.
Each next level will be indicated by the notification: “You have reached the next level of FairPlay Unlimited and have been upgraded”.

OneWorld are more than the countries and destinations (travel hotspots) to which the FairPlay eSIM connects automatically with the FairPlay Unlimited tariff plan. OneWorld is the premium selection of countries, destinations, host mobile operators and 5G / 4G LTE high-speed bandwidth. OneWorld will grow over time covering all G20 member countries and the entire world to host the roaming flat tariff plan.

The contract has a minimum term of 1 month and can be terminated with 1 weeks’ notice to the end of the minimum term. If the contract is not cancelled, it is extended each time by 1 month until terminated with 1 weeks’ notice.
